Legal

Privacy Policy

Beaux Media Group is the data controller for this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Foundation document. Beaux Media Group is a UK-registered publisher; this text is a working draft and requires final review by a qualified legal adviser before launch.

Who we are

Beaux Media Group is a UK-registered digital media publisher. Our registered company details and registered office address will be listed here before launch.

What we collect

Advertiser enquiries. Name, company, work email, partnership interest, budget range and your message — used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Newsletter signups. Your email address, the page you signed up from and a timestamp recording your consent.

Technical data. Standard server and security logs, plus optional analytics and advertising cookies where you have consented.

Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, and on consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies.

Advertising

Direct sponsorship and branded content are labelled clearly. Programmatic advertising is not active on this site. Before it goes live, a certified consent management platform (Google Privacy & Messaging) will be integrated, along with applicable US state privacy notices, and this section will be updated with named vendors.

Analytics

No analytics provider is currently installed on this site. If Google Analytics 4 is added in future it will be loaded only after you accept analytics cookies, and Google Consent Mode signals will reflect your choice. Until you consent, no analytics identifier is set and no analytics data leaves your browser.

International transfers

Some service providers (for example email delivery, hosting and, in future, Google analytics or advertising services) may process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship and then deleted. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Contact

Privacy enquiries can be sent to the editorial address listed on our contact page.

This policy is written as practical groundwork for UK GDPR compliance and is not legal advice; it will be reviewed by a qualified adviser before any advertising or analytics service is switched on. We make no guarantee of compliance on your behalf.
